What do you like most about what you do?
I enjoy being able to provide sound guidance to my team and helping them navigate thru challenges while maintaining compassion for the client to ensure their needs are being met within the guidelines. I enjoy making sure beneficiaries are satisfied as I address any concerns that they may have. I enjoy communicating with the aides and ensuring that the aide and the beneficiary are a good fit.

I have a passion for matching aides with the right client. It makes me feel good to know our clients have the best possible care and that they connect with their caregivers.

I really enjoy working in a great work environment and working with clients by helping them manage their ADL’s

I enjoy reminding them to take their medications, having nice conversations, and making sure their needs are met. VMT is a great agency that pays very well. The Staffing Coordinators treat all the aides very well and speak to us in a respectful manner.
